Friendship day
Friendship day is an event that takes place every year on the 14th of Quarter 2. To attend this event, the player needs to go to the recreation deck any time after noon. The player would do well to prepare prior to this event, since it is held on a Saturday, the player will not be able to sell items to the general store, so they should ensure they have enough credits to buy all of the items they want to buy prior to the day of the event. When the event is over, the player will be back at their quarters, and it will be 8:00pm [ ? ] .
Once the player joins the rest of the crew on the recreation deck, they are able to mingle and participate in the festivities. The player can mingle with their crew, but not give them any gifts while at the event. There are two different booths for the player to buy items from. The "Friendship Day Booth" is manned by Robert, and sells various decoration items for the player to put on their deck or inside of their quarters. Edward can be found at a booth that sells friendship cards. The higher the cost of the friendship card, the more friendship points are awarded when that item is gifted. After the player has bought cards, they should place them in the boxes of the crew members whom they want to gain relationship points with. Additionally, the player can speak with I-1900 at their kissing booth, and pay for a kiss!

The player can have I-1900 kiss them for 
Opening Friendship Cards
The player needs to buy friendship cards from Edward at his boot. The higher the cost of the friendship card, the more friendship points are awarded when that item is gifted. After the player has bought cards, they should place them in the boxes of the crew members whom they want to gain relationship points with. Any left over cards will be in the players inventory after the event.
When the player has completed everything they wanted to do at Friendship day, they can start the main event. Speak with Piper to begin. The crew will open their boxes first, then the captain will open their box, Piper will have some commentary based on how many cards the captain has received from their crew. Then the event will end. Once the event is over the player will return back to their quarters.
Several eMails are sent to the player in regards to friendship day.
