The fancy quarters located on the plaza deck, to the right of the gymnasium. Initially, this building is run-down and secured with a giant padlock. To renovate it, the player must purchase an upgrade from the machine shop and wait three days for construction. Once the fancy quarters are built, CienaVi can move in and become a crew member. The player can construct the quarters while completing the main mission on the Blue Reef planet. After finishing the main mission, CienaVi will ask to join the crew. If the quarters are ready, the player needs to speak to her again to finalize her joining. If the quarters are not yet built, the player can return later to recruit CienaVi once the quarters are completed even if they leave the planet and come back.

These quarters are divided into three distinct areas, each reflecting a vibrant and cozy living space. The lower section features a kitchen and dining area with a refrigerator, sink, and a table set for two, alongside a comfortable lounge area with plush seating, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. The upper section is the bedroom, which includes a large, ornate bed, a vanity, and a wardrobe, all surrounded by soft lighting and decorative elements. The entire space is decorated in a cheerful and colorful water themed palette.

The player is able to enter her bedroom once they have gotten her room keycard, which will be given to the player upon reaching "friend" status.

Repair Costs:
The cost and materials to repair this building are  Credits × 1,000,  Scrap metal block × 10,  Copper × 10, and  Hardware parts × 15. Once gathered, the player must bring them to the Machine shop, to begin this repair. This repair takes 3 days to complete.
