The storefront quarters are located on the plaza deck, to the left of the holo-sim. Initially, this building is run-down and secured with a giant padlock. To renovate it, the player must purchase an upgrade from the machine shop and wait three days for construction. Once the fancy quarters are built, Bunky and his family can move in and become members of the crew. The player can construct the quarters while completing the main mission on Iceladus. After finishing the main mission, Bunky will ask to join the crew. If the quarters are ready, the player needs to speak to him again to finalize his joining. If the quarters are not yet built, the player can return later to recruit Bunky and family once the quarters are completed even if they leave the planet and come back.
This building is two floors: the bottom floor has the shopping boutique where the player can buy various customization options for their character, and the top floor is the living quarters to Bunky, Spunky, and Rumble & Tumble.
The player is able to enter Rumble and Tumble's or Bunky and Spunky's bedrooms once they have gotten the associated rooms' keycard, which will be given to the player upon reaching "friend" status with that character.
