The feed bin is a machine located inside small and large xeno pods, that will dispense plant material if the player also has at least one feed repository on their captains deck. Feeding bins come standard on every xeno pod, and does not require any sort of upgrade to be accessible. If the player chooses to upgrade their xeno pod, then an auto-feeder bot will take the plant material automatically every day and feed the xenos located in that pod.
