Outer hull planter is a machine which can be crafted by the player at the workbench, and require power to operate. Planters can only grow one radiated crop at a time, and cannot grow radiated trees. As these planters must be placed outside of the spaceship on the outer hull, crops planted in these machines will always produce radiated, non-normal, items. If the player is looking for non-radiated crops, they must build the counterpart to this item, and grow the crop on the Captain's Deck.
