Objective: One of the Viridian Residents wants to create a small tardigrade farm. Bring them some materials to build a suitable habitat and a few tardigrades to get the farm started.

The player can pick up this mission by talking to a Viridian resident in the south-east part of Viridis once the player revisits the planet after going to another one (going from the grey planet to viridis also counts). The Viridian really wants to be a pet owner, so they want to create a Tardigrade Farm but they need the players help.

Crew missions are a series of missions the player can finish at their leisure. These quests often correlate to a primary mission, but do not need to complete them to progress with the main story line. These quests generally have a few tasks the player must complete before getting their reward. Most crew missions the player can pick up by talking with the associated character, after any prerequisites have been achieved. The NPC will appear with a marker above their head, letting the player know they have a mission to give out.
